GOAL
Since 2010, the Council has aligned with the “Ready and Successful" Framework, that outlines a plan to create comprehensive, coordinated, and effective early learning systems across WA state.
In 2022, the state debuted the new Early Learning Coordination Plan that outlines five outcome areas similar to the Ready Frames. Currently, the Council is updated our plan to align with this exciting new plan.
Communication, collaboration, and education about early childhood and learning supports with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments.
Children's Council of Skagit County meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from September through June from 8:30-10:00am. Our meetings will be a mixture of Zoom and in-person.
