The Spotlight Film Festival is an annual event held at the Lincoln Theatre in Mount Vernon. Since 2016, the festival has chosen a series of documentaries that shine a light on topics impacting the lives of Skagit County Residents. Each film highlights a different topic, followed by a facilitated discussion or community panel.
