This 3.5 hour training provides an overview of research-based practices in student social, emotional, and behavioral health promotion. You will learn the core differences between Trauma-Informed Practices, Social-Emotional Learning, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and Restorative Practices. You will also learn about each model’s strengths and vulnerabilities, and how to successfully integrate these models to create a sustainable, comprehensive multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) that responds to diverse student needs.
