| Devereux FLIP IT! This fall, we are pleased to offer another series featuring FLIP IT. The FLIP IT strategy applies research-based techniques proven to support social-emotional development and improve behaviors in children through a foundation of relationships, empathy, and understanding of trauma and toxic stress. Participants will learn about the four steps: (F)eelings, (L)imits, (I)nquiry, and (P)rompts and practice using them in response to behaviors most prevalent in the classroom. FLIP IT!
