Job Description
The Community Support Worker for the “El Sol Nace para Todos” program is responsible for providing an array of support, education, information, administrative, resources, and related community-based services to Hispanic families and children. This service is provided in ways that are linguistically and culturally appropriate to the population served and the position requires fluency in Spanish and English. The program aims to strengthen families and individuals and assist them with the development of self-confidence and motivate them to solve daily challenges in their lives. Participants are provided with knowledge of parenting skills, child development, socio-emotional skills, language and communication tools, health and well-being support and more.
